We are getting into some of the better matchups for the 2013-14 College Football Bowl Games so we thought we would give you a super brief synopsis of who is playing these next few days leading up to the BCS Bowl games.

College Football Bowl Game Schedule for Today – December 28th

Pinstripe Bowl – Noon – Yankee Stadium in New York (yes, that’s a baseball stadium, but everyone wants to have eric legrandtheir own bowl game ya know!). Notre Dame vs Rutgers – although neither of these teams ended up with a good season, the bowl game is likely to be fairly well attended since Rutgers is in neighboring New Jersey and there are Notre Dame fans everywhere!

Belk Bowl – 3:20 – Charlotte, NC – North Carolina vs  Cincinnati – North Carolina did not have much of a season but they will be playing close to home. Charlotte is becoming more of a destination city so the folks in Cincinnati may be interested in a trip to hopefully a little warmer weather. Not a game I intend to watch though, no matter how much I love football.

Russell Athletic Bowl – 6:45 – Orlando, FL – Miami vs Louisville – Miami ended the season 9-3 and is going to their first bowl game since their probation. Clearly, Orlando is a great place to visit since everyone loves Mickey and Miami gets the added pleasure of being in their home state and playing against a team who will be in the ACC before we know it. Louisville had a stellar 11-1 season and will be hoping to prove they are ready for the ACC.

Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl – 10:15 – Tempe, AZ – Kansas St vs Michigan – This game is between two middle of the road teams from their respective conferences but they should play each other well and make for a good game to watch the first half before I slowly fall asleep.

Tell us what you think!
